Updating Adobe Flash

If it appears that you may need to update your version of Adobe Flash, prior to reinstalling, go to the following page:
http://helpx.adobe.com/content/help/en/flash-player/top-issues.html

At the bottom of this page are links to “Uninstalling Flash Player on Windows” (there’s also one there for Mac OS X, if you’re using a Mac). Carefully follow the instructions to remove your existing version of Adobe Flash.

After that, open http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html to make sure Flash is gone completely. From this page you can now download the latest version and then reinstall.
